Ormiston Trust Programmes

Equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to thrive in their future careers and education.

Our Programmes

Ormiston Trust works across five connected areas; sponsorship, futures, parenting, social action and enrichment — each helping young people and families thrive in a different way.

Sponsorship supports strong academy trusts; our Futures work links learning to real-world pathways; parenting programmes strengthen family, school and community ties; youth social action puts young people in the lead on issues that matter to them; and enrichment champions a broad education beyond the classroom.

Together these areas reflect a single commitment: opportunity, belonging, participation and lasting impact for young people and families across England.

Sponsorship for lasting change

We're building growth, connection, citizenship and organisational robustness across our sponsored trusts by 2030—working nationally, locally and through specialist creative and digital pathways.

Each trust has its own identity and context, but all share a commitment to ambitious, inclusive education. We help young people build the skills, confidence and experiences they need to thrive in their communities and shape their futures.
