Steve brings deep expertise in wealth management, investments, pensions, trust funds, private client portfolios and financial risk. He founded and led the Cameron Scott Group, which by 2007 had become a broad-based financial services business with an independent financial services arm, a specialist healthcare business and AXA’s largest appointed representative business in the UK, managing more than 10,000 clients.

Following acquisition by AXA, Steve managed the transition of the Cameron Scott Group into AXA’s UK intermediary business. He now runs a specialist wealth management firm focused on family trust arrangements and individual private clients. At Ormiston Trust, Steve’s career experience is central to his role as Chair of the Finance Committee, where he supports investment oversight, audit, cashflow, borrowing, financial controls, value for money and long-term stewardship of charitable assets.
