Samia leads the Trust’s knowledge and impact work, helping OT capture evidence, strengthen learning, and use data more effectively across its programmes. Her role brings together evaluation, resource development, and practical support, ensuring that insight is used to improve delivery and inform future decisions.

She brings over 20 years of experience in education and strategic leadership. She has a strong track record of working across schools and multi-academy trusts to improve outcomes for children and young people

Samia is particularly interested in understanding what makes the biggest difference for young people. She enjoys working with schools and partners to turn data and research into clear, practical insights that support better outcomes and long-term impact.
