The #iwill Support Hub provides students with a safe place where they can drop in for peer-to-peer support sessions to discuss any concerns they have regarding bullying. The aim is to proactively prevent bullying in the school and offer support to students.
The hub has been designed to develop a community where every student feel’s empowered to speak up. The student-led initiative will provide opportunities for our anti-bullying ambassadors, the Flegg Friends, to deliver workshops, offer one-to-one and group support as well as providing a place where students can go to report bullying behaviour when they may not feel ready to report to staff.
This new hub will ensure our school remains a safe and supportive place for our students. Flegg High Ormiston Academy is a community committed to ensuring that every individual is happy, safe and successful and that every student flourishes as an individual to become the best version of themselves. Crucially, we want our students to become adults who will make a difference to those around them, who believe that kindness counts and manners matter.
