Ormiston Horizon Academy is almost set to launch it’s new Greenhouse Classroom. Down to the hard work of Miss Jukes, Miss Foster and a busy team involved in the #iwill social action project, their vision and commitment has clearly paid off. Having a classroom set within a greenhouse engages the student by bringing academic learning and nurtures curiosity together. It encourages a hand on experience, from “show it” to “do it” and can be used across a range of disciplines.
